I worked as part of the CRM Analytics Experiences team. My team worked on implementing a keyword and sentiment analysis system for enriching interaction data coming through the CRM pipeline. I took on the role of embedding our system into the existing CRM Analytics ecosystem as well as developping a wordcloud interface to showcase the enhanced data.

Dialogue is a virtual healthcare platform. I worked on implementing a continuous integration system to build and release Android and iOS mobile clients automatically. In addition, I helped create mult-tenant user functionality to allow multiple users to access their healthcare benefits. I also helped build out the healthcare professional portal.

My team worked on building a Slack chatbot that integrated with Microsoft's Visual Studio Team Services collaboration platform. I implemented the command parser that triggered our bot's actions. I also worked on creating the multi-tenant service on Azure that spawned our chatbot instances.

I worked on the Tasks and Notes Android application team. I helped implement the user interface for both Tasks and Notes as well as build the sync functionality across devices and applications. I also created an experimental "Focus Mode" for Tasks to help users limit distractions when tackling tasks.
